When you request a quote, place an order, create an account or send a message, we keep what you enter (such as your name, phone number, email address and delivery address) to answer you, deliver your order and keep our records. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.

We use our own analytics (Advergo Analytics, run on our own server, not by an outside analytics company) to understand how visitors use the website: which pages are visited, where visitors come from, what they click, and whether they request a quote or place an order. It does not use cookies. Your IP address is used only to estimate your country and city and is not stored. Visits are grouped with an anonymous code that changes every month.

If you are signed in, we add an anonymous customer code to your visits so we can see how customers use the site across devices. It is generated from your account and does not contain your name, email address or phone number.

For a share of visits we also record how the page is used: mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and what is on screen, as a replay and as click and scroll maps. Everything you type into a form is hidden from these recordings, and your account page, your orders and your contact details at checkout are blocked out entirely. They are recorded only on this website and are used only to make it easier to use.

When a website order is confirmed, our server adds the confirmed order value to the same anonymous visit, so we can tell which advertisements and posts lead to real orders.

This website uses the Meta Pixel, which uses cookies, to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform and to show our ads to people likely to be interested. It tells Meta which pages you visit and when you add a product to your cart, start checkout, place an order, contact us or create an account.

When we confirm an order, our server tells Meta about the sale through Meta's Conversions API, with your phone number and email address in a scrambled (hashed) form that Meta can match but cannot read, plus your browser details, so the sale can be linked to the ad that led to it. Meta handles this information under its own policy. You can control ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.

The Meta Pixel is never loaded on password-reset or account-invitation pages.

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us your name, email address and profile photo so we can sign you in. We don't receive your Google password.

Order, quote and account records are kept as long as we need them for the order, our accounts and the law. Analytics data is kept until we choose to delete it, and you can ask us to delete anything we hold about you.
